As a very happy customer for 36 years, I have to give Pure Valley Water a 5-Star rating and a 10 out of 10.  It began with Saturday morning visits to the store to fill water jugs and evolved over the years to a water treatment system, a reverse osmosis system, water storage tanks and a tankless hot water system.  After the CZU fire, Pure Valley Water immediately came to my rescue. They not only installed two new storage tanks to replace the one burned in the fire, they also assisted me in finding contractors to replace my fencing and retaining walls and other outdoor structures that were destroyed in the fire.  With their help, I was able to quickly return to my home.  I am so grateful to Mark, Wendi and their amazing crew.

We needed to replace an old broken water system and build a new system to produce clean and safe drinking water and Pure Valley did a great job! They designed us a reliable system based on our needs and then were able to manage the demolition of the old tank, pouring of a new foundation for new tanks, management of additional vendors and all the equipment setup and troubleshooting required. They were always in communication with us throughout the process and have been there to provide periodic maintenance and support ever since.

Pure Valley Water took the stress out of making our domestic water tank and fire hydrant replacement. From the first time they came out to the house to provide a fair bid then scheduled the installation a short later. Their installation crew was very professional and finished the work under schedule.
